Conveniently located in the heart of Pawleys with easy access by car to our beaches, fabulous shopping, world famous golf courses, fine and casual dining, churches and all the fun the area has to offer. Beach access is easiest by car (approx 1.4mi to North End and 1.9mi to South End beaches). We are 3.4 mi to the Intercoastal Waterway (public boat access), 7 miles to Brookgreen Gardens, 16 miles to Murrells Inlet for amazing seafood and 72 miles N of Charlestion and 23 miles S of Myrtle Beach.

Suite to Sea is a cozy stand-alone suite separate from house w/ no stairs, private entry & large well-lit fenced yard. On a cul-de-sac less than 5 mi from dog-friendly beaches, shopping, dining, Intracoastal Waterway boat ramp, & 9 golf courses. Boat/trailer parking on property. Only 15 min to historic waterfront Georgetown, Brookgreen Gardens, & within 15-75 min of Huntington Beach State Pk, Murrells Inlet Marshwalk (seafood capital of SC!), Surfside, Myrtle Beach, Mount Pleasant & Charleston.

Shugs Shack offers privacy The view from my dream home is incredibly beautiful. With the sound of the ocean echoing over the Inlet in the still of the evening makes my humble abode a dream place to visit. With so many choices of things to do year round! Our place resides on the Waccamaw Neck bike way which is over18 miles multiple purpose pass paved. A trail used for walking, cycling and hiking. We are walking distances to restaurants, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating , fishing swimming etc.

Inlet Time

Kick back and relax in our coastal suite. Close to beach, state park, renowned gardens, restaurants, shopping, entertainment. The historic city of Georgetown is 12 miles south, Charleston with its southern charm & history is 55 miles, perfect day trip. 2 bikes are here to explore the bike trail accessible in front of our home toward a wooded trail to Pawleys Island. Kayaks are available to explore the inlet. A Huntington Beach State Park pass is provided. See my guidebook for future events.

Key West inspired décor welcomes guests to a cheery, comfortable retreat from a busy day at the beach or the ample shopping and restaurant district of Murrell's Inlet. Centrally located in the Garden City, the suite is nestled on a quiet residential street. Enjoy off street parking in a dedicated garage bay and enter via a private entrance. Short bicycle ride to the beach, 5-10 minute drive to the center of the famous Marsh Walk and Brook Green. Use of outdoor shower located in back of house.

The Sunshine Suite in Surfside Beach

Relax in this calm, stylish, and cheerful space. You are approx 1 mile from the ocean in this bright & sunny condo, which includes a Full-Size antique bed with a Soft & Plush Pillow-Top mattress. Books, games, coffee, and snacks are included. Close to restaurants, shopping, golf, & more! This is a lockout unit with a private entrance, and can be rented along with the larger unit for more guests. Owner lives less than 1 mile away. Free parking. *NOTE: Resort Amenities are NOT included.

Jenn's Riverside Retreat

This is an attched wing of the main house. A locked door separates the rental space. This peaceful attached custom space is on the river, and is a great getaway for anyone looking for weekend retreat. Backyard access to the Black River where you can relax on the hammock with a good book or enjoy dinner on the dock over the water. Two bedrooms offer sleeping arrangements for four guests. Included is Wi-Fi, access to patio and dock and cable tv. .

Cozy Creekside Oasis-2 Bedroom

Our creekside oasis is the perfect place to rest, hangout, bird watch, and unwind. Located in the heart of Murrells Inlet, this beachy 2BR/1BA offers all the comforts. There’s plenty of room for your motorcycles and trailers, clubs and fishing rods . We are located only 2 miles from the beach and The Marsh Walk with all its nightlife or sit by the fire This space is the on the ground level .
