Our little piece of paradise nestled on the edge of the woods but still in heart of downtown Pawleys. 1 block from Franks bar and restaurant, a few blocks to downtown Pawleys, and 4 blocks to the beach and many golf courses. Morning Coffee lounging on the patio and watching the amazing wildlife = Bliss! We have local birds that hang in the yard and often have wild deer wander through. NO HOA.

We are thrilled to share our newly renovated Pawleys Island beach house. We truly hope you will love it as much as we do! The whole group will enjoy this spacious house centrally located 5min from the beach and just a few minutes away from several golf courses, bars restaurants and grocery stores. The indoor 16x32pool and entertainment room with shuffleboard and 75'' TV are just perfect for those rainy days or in between beach and activities hours. Only 30min away from Myrtle Beach airport!!

Whether you want to sit on the large porch and enjoy listening to the birds sing or watch them fly back and forth through the beautiful trees. Maybe have an adventure walking along the Harbor walk do a little shopping and enjoy the great selection of restaurants. If that wasn't enough there are several beautiful beaches to enjoy. Enjoy a beautiful and fun stay at the farm and get to know over 100 rescued farm animals! 60 acres and only about 5 miles from Backwoods quail club and river landing. Wake up to the roosters crowing and the birds chirping. Settle in for the night with the sound of the crickets and if nature plans for it some really beautiful sunsets. 4 beds in upstairs loft. Sofa pulls out to a bed. 1 hour to Myrtle Beach. 1.5 hour to Charleston. Occasional cricket or bug may sneak in. It’s a farm.
