Apartments Comfort

Comfort House, unlike others, is completely at the disposal of the guest. We welcome guests of any nationality. At the meeting, I give the guests the key to the house and you live on your own. The house is ideal for living, consists of 4 rooms, a separate kitchen, a garage and a yard closed from the eyes. When traveling, you will only need your personal belongings with you. Here you can enjoy homemade Georgian wine in front of a burning fireplace, sit at a table in our blooming garden in summer.

Hill House - Wine Cellar & Fishery in Varjanisi

Enjoy your stay with loved ones or friends or family at this peaceful place. If you wish to come with bigger group you can book two more double rooms at Amiran's Guesthouse, who is the owner and enjoy your stay with a group of friends or family. Cottage is located behind Amiran's Guesthouse and shares all the services, like fish farm, winery and local dishes provided by the hostess. There's a balcony with beautiful views of mountains. Recommend to try local dishes and wine prepared by hostess!

Discover unique living in a wooden cottage in tranquil rural Georgia. It is located in the middle of an orchard on the property of the guest house. This is for those who appreciate quiet, clean relaxation and a return to a simple and basic lifestyle. The house is environmentally friendly and only natural products, local materials and recycled raw materials are used. House in the middle of an orchard. 26 sqm with its own terrace and garden. We prepare breakfasts upon prior request.

Our house is near the wood, (but It's 15 minutes from the centre by walk). So, you can feel cool and fresh air. From the balcony, you can enjoy the picturesque view of Caucasian mountain range. Our house is perfect for anyone who wants to discover traditional atmosphere of Georgia, feel relaxed around the forest of pine, and enjoy big garden with nice flower-beds and vineyard. We can offer to taste delicious Georgian wine.

The house can accommodate up to 6 guests. If your reservation is for 5 or 6 guests, we will prepare all 6 beds for you — at no extra charge. If your booking is for fewer guests (1–4 people), we will prepare only part of the sleeping spaces, to keep unused beds and linens clean. If you are, for example, 4 guests but would like to use all the beds and bedrooms, please make your reservation for 6 guests.
