The 'Sea View House Platanias' (105 sq.m.) is located in the heart of the resort of Platanias, at the edge of the hill in the old village (Pano/Upper Platanias). There is a bus station at 200 meters from the villa with a regular service to Chania, where you will find connections to all parts of Crete.

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.
