Woonark Gaudi aan de Rijn voor 2 personen Arnhem

De hele benedenverdieping van deze ark op de Rijn behoort tot uw domein: een gezellige woonkeuken verbonden door een hal met de woonkamer. Zowel de woonkamer als de keuken zijn voorzien van een houtkachel, naast vloer- en wandverwarming. De keuken is voorzien van 6 pitsgasfornuis, een grote oven, koel- en vrieskast, vaatwasser en div apparatuur. Het designbed staat in de woonkamer. Op uw prive-terras bevindt zich de buitendouche. In de tuin met uitzicht over de Rijn diverse zit en bbq plekken.

Pilotenhof

Hier ben je boer(in) op een akkerbouw- en vleesveebedrijf. De ultieme plek voor een paar nachten uit de drukte, waarin je een sfeervolle woning ter beschikking hebt. Je ervaart de rust van het landelijk gebied, al zul je de koeien, kippen, varkens en machines wel horen en zien. Eigen aardappels, uien en eieren zijn bij de prijs inbegrepen, naar voorraad. Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Gelegen direct aan het water is er alle gelegenheid tot het huren van bootjes, kano's, fietsen of een sup. De boerderij ligt aan het Zuiderzeepad en vele fietsknooppunten. Het ruime appartement heeft 2 aparte slaapkamers voor totaal 4 personen. Eventueel is een derde slaapkamer/studio apart bij te boeken, enkel in combinatie met het appartement. In watersportdorp Terherne aan het Sneekermeer. Het Kameleon avonturen park, cafe, restaurants en de mooiste kerk/trouwlocatie van Friesland om de hoek. U slaapt op de begane grond (2 sk + eigen badk.+eigen keuken+ eigen grote woonkamer (50 m2) met hoge plafonts en openhaard. eigen ingang. 3e slaapkamer is boven via het voorhuis. Buiten aan het water je eigen terras. Ook geschikt voor groeps werk met een grote werk tafel. Vintage dus mooi, oud en gezellig. Maar niet spotless.

Sfeervol, vrijstaand huisje op rustige plek

Op een prachtige plek in het buitengebied van het Friese Noordwolde, waar de vogels talrijk zijn, ligt dit heerlijk knusse huisje. Compleet ingericht, met een sfeervolle pelletkachel en een houtkachel is dit echt een plek om tot rust te komen! Het huisje heeft een eigen tuin en grenst aan een bos, waar je een fijne wandeling kunt maken en in de nabije omgeving zijn nog veel meer wandelgebieden. Ook loop je vanaf het huisje in zo'n 20 minuten naar een leuke zwemplas.

In de rondom afgesloten tuin bevindt zich een privé wellness ruimte met een jacuzzi en een combi-sauna (infra-rood en Fins) die onbeperkt beschikbaar is. Hier in Drenthe waar de tijd lijkt te vertragen hebben we een toevluchtsoord gecreëerd waar je kunt ontsnappen aan de drukte van het dagelijks leven en volledig kunt genieten en relaxen.
