Cozy Casita in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. California King bed sleeps two comfortably. 50 inch TV has cable, Netflix, DVD player with assortment of movies. Keurig coffee pot, fridge and microwave. Dining table inside. Outdoor seating opens to peaceful, scenic backyard. Parking available in the driveway. Park to the left of 2 car garage. Our Casita is a modest room that we have done our best to make comfortable for travelers who want an alternative to an impersonal hotel. No pets allowed.

Welcome to the Historic Chandler Bungalow! Built in 1933 & recently restored with all of it's original charm. Our passion is to breathe new life into historic homes. We love history and to imagine the stories & memories that happened here. We’ve spent the last 6 months falling in love with the character of this sweet, sweet space and have updated it ever so slightly to make it a perfect place for guests. We’re so excited to share this project with you & hope to create memories for years to come.

Less than 30 min. to PHX Sky Harbor airport and downtown Phoenix, including MLB spring training baseball fields. Driveway parking, private entrance, private kitchenette, bathroom, and walk in closet. Space has a Queen Bed in the Bedroom and an optional Queen Air Mattress and pack and play provided. Wifi, TV and Roku included for streaming. Personal AC and heater.

Centrally located in the East Valley close to all forms of transportation, events, ASU Tempe/ASU Polytechnic Mesa Campus, downtown Gilbert, Valley Metro Light Rail System(.4mi). Private living space with separate entrance and secluded patio. Large bathroom with natural light, tiled shower with glass and large closet space. Queen size bed with kitchenette, fridge, couch, WiFi, cable and quiet heat pump system. Just over 20min drive to old town Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, PHX and AZA airports.

Add herbs from our courtyard to your stir-fry. Separate casita is located in a small, quiet community near freeways (101, 202). Restaurants & entertainment options nearby in Chandler or Gilbert. Drug store, grocery and fast food all within walking distance (half mile). Community pool.

I even have an Amazon Echo in the room for you to jam out to music during the day or use white noise for bed.
