Just 30 minutes from Nelson airport, Wakefield is a great base for all the action with beaches, wineries, breweries and the Nelson Lakes all around 30 minutes drive. Mountain biking is even closer with the Great Taste Trail and Kainui Bike Park just at the end of the road!

With a mooring, boat ramp to launch your boat, a local reserve and surrounding walks, you will fall in love.

'Atatū' means "dawn" - our favourite time at the property, when the sun travels across the sea to outline the hills and all is peaceful. Atatū is a great base for outdoor adventures in the three National Parks nearby, wine-tasting in local vineyards, olive grove picnics, gallery visits or delicious meals in excellent local eateries. A glorious swimming pool and spa await you upon return. The chef's kitchen & BBQ ensure you can prepare sumptuous meals with delicious local ingredients.
