My place is about a mile and a half away from the University and Hospital. Downtown is about a 10 minute drive. Lower Bidwell Park is near downtown. Cable TV with HBO and TCM movie channels plus some sports channels. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio only. I like to rent to long term guests, which is why I give a discount for a month, and prefer to rent for 3 months. Many traveling nurses, physical therapist, occupational therapist have stayed for their typical 13 week assignment.

Each bedroom includes a private bathroom for added convenience. Jungalow is on the 2nd floor (no elevator). Note: Guests are required to sign the rental agreement before check in. We require ID to perform background checks and DO NOT HOST CHICO LOCALS.
