👋 Welcome to our spacious, clean, private getaway studio on Southern Hill in Daly City. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city. This large 3-room suite is part of my home, but is private, separate and locked off from the rest of the residence. There's a private entrance to your suite from the building lobby. Suite includes a dining/sitting area with dining/work table, sofa (opens to queen bed), TV and tiny patio. French doors separate this room from huge light-filled primary bedroom (with king bed). Cushioned bay window seat. Large spa-bathroom, "kitchenette" alcove, walk-in closet. 560 sq ft plus bath, closet & patio.

Private Studio with a beautiful view, surrounded by urban nature. The studio is cozy and cabin-like with everything you need to enjoy your visit. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet for a city setting. Duboce Triangle is a gorgeous, central neighborhood in San Francisco and arguably one of the best! Our walking score is 98. Enjoy Victorian houses and tree-lined walks to coffee shops, parks, restaurants, fitness studios, events, work, and easy access to public transit for all the sightseeing.

Stay in a private guest suite in the heart of the Inner Sunset! This clean, cozy, and comfortable space is just one block from Golden Gate Park, surrounded by countless restaurants, banks, and grocery stores—all within walking distance. At just over 100 sq ft, experience tiny living in our cozy space. The small space is priced accordingly, we are one of the cheaper places to stay in SF. You'll have a private room with a bathroom and queen Murphy bed that pulls over a couch. We are in the middle of Bernal Heights, a quiet and quaint neighborhood with amazing views of downtown San Francisco from the top of the hill. We are two blocks away from shops, cafes and restaurants, it's very walkable. Come stay and live like a local!

Cozy SF Coastal Abode

Immerse yourself in our cozy guest suite in the Outer Richmond. Just 10 blocks from Ocean Beach, three to Scenic Land's End (views of the GG bridge), historic Sutro Baths and Sutro Heights park along with Golden Gate Park 3 blocks down the hill. A block and half to restaurants and bars, etc. Surfboard/bike-storage friendly private room with free street parking. Please note this is not an apartment, so it has no proper kitchen. It is a room in our home with a private entrance and bathroom.

Cozy Garden Studio - Private Entry

Garden Studio with a private entrance around the corner from the front door of the main house. This large studio walks out into a peaceful garden courtyard with a nice sitting area. While the suite is part of our well-maintained corner house surrounded by vegetation, your own entrance from the street makes the suite much more secluded than a room in someone’s home. Queen bed, in-suite bathroom & Breakfast bar. Quiet location.

Studio steps from the ocean

Private entry, sidewalk-level, garden view studio with a small kitchen and bath. Ocean Beach is just steps from your doorstep!   Close to Land's End, Sutro Baths, Golden Gate Park, the Cliff House, Beach Chalet, and much more. Groceries, bike rental, EV charging, and bus lines are just across the street. Dining and shopping options along the Balboa corridors are all within walking distance.

Private cozy studio C (window towards the wall)

This is a spacious suite with private bathroom, counter. This room is at the back of our house behind the garage, window towards the wall. It has a Queen sized bed that sleeps two people. It's also equipped with a private counter. My husband and I are living upstairs, but you have your own private access downstairs to your room after entering the main door.
