Bunkhouse on Horse & Cattle Ranch Near I-95

You get the WHOLE bunkhouse when renting. Please follow directions for location of bunkhouse and parking because the GPS won’t get you there. Small bunkhouse located on acres of ranchland. We are around 20 minutes from 95, with lots of room to relax. Join us at Cavvietta Quarter Horse & Cattle Co. Riding lessons available for additional fee! Want to bring a horse? Contact us about using our barn, arena, and more! We also have a small cabin available that sleeps two, if you have a smaller party.

Cottage is centrally-located in historic downtown Smithfield. Close to I-95, Carolina Premium Outlets, 30 minute drive to Raleigh, North Carolina. During your stay relax in front of the fireplace, enjoy the front porch with a nice view of the community garden, or play with pets in the fenced back yard, which includes patio chairs around a fire pit and grill for a BBQ. Beautifully situated on the McDaniel Pine Farm in Wade, NC you’ll feel right at home in the Bluff Cottage. A studio setup with a queen bed & 2 chairs that convert into comfortable single beds. There is also an air mattress available. Comfortable living room area with large flat screen TV and dedicated desktop workspace. Private Bathroom, walk-in shower and a small kitchen area with hot plate, pots pans, coffee maker, microwave & refrigerator. Nice outside patio with fire pit & acres to roam!

Clean linens and towels, kitchen, queen sized bed and 2 futons are available for your use. Stand up tile shower with a seat. Apt is on the rear of my property. Feel free to use the fire pit, pool and grill for your leisure/convenience. Do enjoy your stay!! I thoroughly clean each prior to check-in, following covid-19 guidelines via Airbnb.
