Seafarers Lodge is a charming and quaint seaside shack, lovingly curated by a mother-daughter duo, just an hour from Adelaide and a stones throw from the iconic Middleton Beach. It's everything you could want in a beach shack - only a minutes walk from the waves, with a beautiful indoor fireplace, deck to catch the last of the days rays, cosy nooks to relax, full size kitchen for cooking epic meals shared around the dining table and French linen clad beds for the dreamiest, holiday sleep-in's.

Located at the calm waters of the riverfront you can watch the yacht racing, Oscar W paddle steamer pass by or casually walk along the shore to the cafes & the local activities. Comfortable furnishings throughout, the master bedroom has a postrepedic king sized bed & views of the water. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. There is also a small public jetty in front. Walk or ride anywhere! Maybe catch the train to Victor or cruise the river. Everything is a few hundred meters!

Chesterdale is in the heart of Kuitpo forest on 32 acres, surrounded by 8,900 acres of pine plantations and native forests. Perfect for walking and riding, the Heysen and Kidman trails are accessible through our back gate. Famous McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills wineries are nearby. While the guest suite is attached to the main house, it is quite separate and totally private. A 50 minute drive from Adelaide’s CBD and a 20 minute drive from southern beaches, it is perfect for a weekend escape.

These views stretch as far as the eye can see, from Granite Island right across to the "Bluff" and beyond. During the winter months, whales are often seen from the lounge room windows. The house has been decorated with bright, bold colours whilst still keeping a minimalist approach, it is so roomy. With fresh carpet throughout the main living areas, it is so comfortable.
