It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

This small wooden house is located in a small village Poljanak only 8 km from the main entrance of the National Park Plitvice Lakes (Entrance 1). The apartment is suited in quite and peacefully area and pure nature. You can spend time resting in the large garden where you can enjoy in nice view of river Korana canyon, mountains and hills. The apartment is well equipped including everything you need for your stay. Interior is mostly covered in wood as the everything arround apartment.

The apartment offers a beautiful view of the waterfalls, river and mountains. Apartment contains room with satellite TV, free Wifi, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
