There is the choice of the patrolled Caves Beach, the sheltered Spoon Rocks, only minutes walk away, or the wilder Pinny's Beach on a coastal trail. Sydney is about an hour and a half away. Access is private and you have sole use of the apartment. Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). No cleaning fee.
