King's Cottage Uralla

Relax in a slice of Uralla's history. King's Cottage, circa 1886 has been lovingly restored and renovated, offering guests the charm of yesteryear, coupled with modern day conveniences. Each bedroom features a period gas flame fireplace, as well as the bathroom where you can lay back in the bath gazing in to the fire as you relax. The cottage also features gas central heating throughout and an expansive sunroom/dining and lounge area has its own dedicated wood burner, for those cosy evenings.

'Elmswood' Bed and Breakfast

Set in the grounds of the historic former Royal Hotel, in the picturesque New England village of Uralla, 'Elmswood' B&B is a perfect escape. Suited for a romantic weekend away, it is also ideal as a short or long stay option for professionals. 'Elmswood' is a short stroll from cafés, restaurants, galleries, boutique shops, a multi-award winning museum, and a popular micro-brewery. The Pomegranate studio

Calm, authentic. This soldier settler cabin is a mindful escape. Thoughtfully appointed, Pomegranate studio is a space for the modern bohemian, encouraging you to put down your devices, re engage your senses and embrace the moment. The studio is finished with recycled, repurposed, reimagined, salvaged materials. Pets are always welcome but at NO time are they to be left unattended at the cottage. Please NOTE The studio Cottage is located at Kentucky which is 17km from Uralla Township.

Burgess House: A beautiful rural outlook in town

Built by the Burgess family in c1892, Burgess House is a three bedroom renovated house which was was relocated from Burgess Street. Wide verandahs and double glazed sliding doors connect inside and out, providing excellent insulation with air conditioning to supplement. With an elevated outlook over a rural setting, Burgess house is surrounded by native birds and bushland. Being 5 minutes drive to the CBD and 8 minutes drive to UNE, it is a quiet retreat that is close to everything.

Unique solar house, Self contained Flat,Pet lovers

Self contained accommodation on native bush equestrian property. Built in 2014 from Kingspan insulating panels this house is a showcase for solar passive design; warm in winter, cool in summer. We run a professional equestrian business on site with the Flat for guests. Separate entrance, on site parking, 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room with TV, free wifi, bathroom, full kitchen in a beautiful rural setting but only 2km to Uralla with food, shops and pubs. EV charging available.

Barking Dog Gallery Bedsit

Barking Dog Gallery is opposite The Top Pub and New England Brewery on the main road in Uralla. The self catering bedsit is attached to the back of the house down the driveway behind Barking Dog Galley and the pottery workshop. The bedsit features skylights, double glazing, antique and modern furniture, a queen size bed and a well equiped kitchen. Tea, coffee and milk is supplied. Just walk across the road for a great meal at The Top Pub. Check in after 3pm. Check out 10am.

"Time out on Taylor"

Comfortable cottage close to town in a quiet area. Relax in the private courtyard with a coffee or glass of wine after a day of discovery or driving. Coffee tea and biscuits provided . Rainy days and children are covered with Netflix, Stan, Foxtel and unlimited WiFi . You will also find a variety of activity books , magazines and games . The cottage is well heated to ensure you are cosy on those cold Armidale nights. David and I look forward to hosting you 🙂

West Ruislip Farm, Armidale

Peaceful granny flat on our 100-acre cattle farm in the New England region. Large bedroom with Queen, Double & Single bed, private lounge, kitchenette, and bathroom. Reverse-cycle air-con for comfort. Enjoy stunning sunsets and amazing stargazing on clear nights. No Wi-Fi, but good phone reception. All pets welcome. The Coop

The Coop is a beautiful newly renovated bungalow home situated in a short 5 minute walk to the city centre, cafes, parks, restaurant, bakery, supermarkets & sporting fields. Easy 5 minute drive to UNE. Offering open plan self contained kitchen & laundry, dining, living areas, two bedrooms with queen beds, two stylish modern bathrooms & a deck for outside living. BBQ rear deck & outside open fire place for outside living.

A well appointed 3 bedroom home. Quiet location. Suitable for 4 guests. There is a veranda and good size back yard. A secure and spacious remote access garage with internal access. Close to town, 1km from The Armidale School, walking distance to NERAM and 10 minutes from UNE. Black Gully Reserve is a block away where you can find wonderful bird life and a relaxing walk alongside the lake. This is NOT a party venue.

Ridgeview cottage

Cottage is on large, leafy 1 acre block in a semi rural environment. Chickens roam the yard and parrots roam the trees! Visiting wildlife include koalas, echidnas and possums. No road noise but still close to town. ( 4 km to CBD) Beautiful walking tracks start near front gate. We also have 2 dogs on the property, an old border collie and a young blue heeler.

Cumquat Cottage

Located 500m from the centre of Armidale lies this charming self-contained 140 year old blue brick cottage. Only a short distance is the Goldfish Bowl specialising in wood fired bakery goods and specialty coffee. This self equiped two bedroom cottage can house up to four people for a little get away, over night stay or work trip.
