Vi erbjuder vårt fräscha gästhus med sovloft (ej ståhöjd). Storstuga/allrum med bäddsoffa och matplats för sex personer. Sovrum med dubbelsäng och kaklat badrum med tvätt/torkmaskin. Frukostbricka kan erbjudas. Vi har 4 st cyklar att låna. Här finns närhet till Lycke golfklubb, Tofta Herrgård, Stall Tofta med turridning för Islandshästar. Naturreservat, bad och fiske. Skärgården runt området är perfekt för att paddla kanot och kajak. Marstrand endast 15 min med bil och 35 min till Göteborg.

Här kan du njuta av en fantastisk skärgårdsmiljö med klippor och hav inpå knuten. Du har tillgång till en härlig badplats 150 m från huset med brygga, hopptorn, gungor, klippor och sandstrand. Huset är nyligen helrenoverat med alla bekvämligheter och perfekt för upp till fyra personer. Egen altan i västerläge. Göteborg nås på 15-20 min med bil, parkering finns vid huset. Vi har precis byggt ut och renoverat stora delar av vår villa till ett stort, modernt och mysigt hem. Från vardagsrummet och köket är utsikten hänförande. På altanen finns spaavdelningen med spabad, bastu, kallvattentunna och utomhusdusch. Tomten gränsar mot skogen där det finns en lekplats med linbana, gunga, klätterrep, mm. Det är 10 minuters promenad till havet med en härlig sandstrand, lekplats och glasscafé.

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre.
