The villa is located in a century-old pine forest in a quiet residential area. The town of Mali Losinj is a walking distance away with a beautiful pedestrian and cycle path leading all the way up to the town. The apartment terrace offers a beautiful view of the surrounding pine forest and sparkling sea.

Z tohoto ubytování ve středu dění, v centru Nerezine, budete mít všude blízko. Apartmán je ve 2. patře domu, bez schodů to nepůjde. Parkování nemáme. Klimatizace v domě není. Vaše auto můžete nechat 150 m od apartmánu na veřejném parkovišti, kde se platí 10 EUR na celý den. Pokud bude možnost, necháte si auto u našeho domu. Toto je ale pouze výjímečně a nemohu to zaručit.
