Hay Loft Flat

Located near the highest village in Britain, Flash, in the beautiful Peak District National Park, 1540 above sea level, in the winter we do get some snow, the Hay Loft has been designed to create a great base for exploring the countryside. On it’s doorstep are; Dragon’s Back Ridge, Chrome Hill, Axe Edge Moor and Buxton. We are only 30 minutes from Mam Tor, Bakewell and Chatsworth House. Curlews fly around the farm. Within a mile is Flash Bar Stores serving breakfast, lunch, cakes and groceries.

Ashmount cottage by the river Dane

Period cottage in a area of outstanding natural beauty within the Peak District on the banks of the river Dane. Lovely views and walking straight from the door along the river, through the woods and up onto the Roaches, Tittersworth ( Bird Sanctuary circular walk around the reservoir, 5 miles) Ashmount is strictly for 2 guests as you are in my home albeit the space is yours for the time of your stay i live in a totally separate part of the property I am close enough should you require help

Idyllic cottage retreat

This romantic retreat is set in the heart of the picturesque village of Butterton which overlooks the beautiful Manifold Valley in the Peak District. The lanes are lined with pretty sandstone cottages and an idyllic ford runs through the cobbled street below the cottage and a great country pub is round the corner. This cosy hideaway is an ideal couples escape featuring a stunning bedroom with vaulted beamed ceiling and luxury features throughout. It has a boutique hotel feel in rural heaven.

Secret Garden Shepherd Hut. Superior & Luxurious

Our luxury Shepherd hut is brand new for 2023 and is nestled in its own private walled garden. It once belonged to the Swythamley Hall estate, where they grew fruit and vegetables for the people of the beautiful, impressive hall. Sit back and relax in your very own garden which is approximately 1 arce! You are surrounded by a private wall, woodland and nature. Sit with a glass of wine or a cooled beer and take in the breath taking views of the rolling fields, trees, animals and the roaches.

Delightful Studio House-superb location!

Our studio has been a complete labour of love and now we're finally ready to share this beautiful little spot. You can wake up and hike until your hearts content, take in the sights in town and end your day reclining on the sofa with a cosy pellet burner. We have ample parking, private entrance, walking distance (1.2miles) to town (bars & restaurants), bus stop to Buxton / Macclesfield. Wifi, Sky TV,Netflix. Non smoking. *We do not have a hob or oven* EV Charger (added cost). Sorry no pets.

Black Cat Cottage in lovely Wildboarclough

Lovely stone-built two bedroom cottage in converted barn and piggery, on a 20 acre farm overlooking Shutlingsloe. The farmhouse and cottage were renovated in 2019, but the cottage retains a rustic charm - stone built and with a stone roof, and some barn features. Walks to Shutlingsloe, Grandbach Mill, Lud's Church, the Cat and Fiddle, and Three Shire Head can all be accessed from the farm, as can the local pub and Blaze Farm for ice cream (challenging walks, includes some walking on road).

Flutterby Cottage is situated on a peaceful lane yet a 2 minute stroll to the village amenities e.g pub, cafe, chip shop, post office and licensed general store. Surrounded by beautiful country side with easy access to footpaths, hills and dales. Central for all the Peak District has to offer and to the towns of Buxton, Leek, Ashbourne and Bakewell

Chapel Hideaway, Quiet, stunning location.

A hideaway space to truly savour the grounds of a converted chapel on the edge of the Peak District offering a peaceful and relaxing escape. Located in the picturesque area of Swythamley/Wincle surrounded by an abundance of wonderful places to visit, see and experience. The accommodation is an ensuite one roomed studio, sleeping up to 2, with a double sleigh bed and sofa, table and 2 chairs. There is a fridge and microwave available. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk. A fully enclosed garden.

Roachside Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Roachside Cottage is situated in the beautiful Roaches Estate, a former private estate and grouse moor, now owned by the Peak District and cared for by the Staffordshire Wildlife Trust. The cottage comfortably sleeps 6 people, comprising of 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed downstairs. The views from every angle of the property are utterly breathtaking.
