Guests have their own private entrance to come and go as they please, a full kitchenette to make home cooked meals while on the road, large bathroom with walk-in shower, queen size bed, and an extra long single futon.

The deck is on the smaller side - It’s a 4x8 space on the backside of the building facing a creek. In the summer and fall it provides a quiet and peaceful place for coffee and relaxing.

Perfect for travel nurse, or interim housing. Two BR w/queen; 1 bath; full kitchen. Short walk to town or 10-15 minute walk to PRT. Walk to town or rail trail; safe historic neighborhood. Off street parking (rare). Full kitchen. Beautiful space with cotton linens and bath amenities. Note: narrow entry path with 8 steps. Quiet hours 11 pm - 7 am, please.

Copper House is a light, airy, tree-shaded lakefront home. Situated in a private community on a 20 acre lake, this home is a short 15 minute drive to downtown Morgantown and 10 minutes to the I-79 / US-68 interchange. A large 12'x35' deck overlooks the lake in the rear. Ideal area for relaxing or grilling. Please note: we do not allow large parties.
