Located right in the middle of all things Rocky Mountains. You're just 30 minutes from Grand Lake/Rocky Mountain National Park/Winter Park and 2 mins from skiing, fishing, golf, and mountain biking at Granby Ranch. This corner unit is very spacious. The condo is able to sleep 6. We only allow 4 guests-with special exceptions.

We're just minutes from the historic downtown Grand Lake, the East entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, hunting, fishing, world-class snowmobiling, sailing, SO MANY MOOSE, and much more. We renovated the cabin to bring all the comforts of home to our "home away from home" in the mountains. Our family has made many memories here, and we're hopeful you'll be able to do the same.

Come and enjoy our Cozy Mountain Studio in the Snow Blaze building. It is conveniently located in downtown Winter Park Colorado, at US 40 and Vasquez. Our condo is walking distance to shops and restaurants, and is on the free bus route. Pick up for the mountain is in front of our building. It is perfect for the adventure travelers who enjoys the outdoors, but want all of the conveniences of home. Our condo is clean and comfortable. It is an older building, with a great location.

Main Street Luxury- Downtown with Hot Tub + Trails

You'll feel right at home at the hearth of this updated condo. You'll be on the slopes in 2 bus stops with pickup just outside. On Main Street, across from Cooper Creek and the Rendezvous Event Center, the town awaits. Host family style feasts with the fully equipped kitchen and dine up to nine. Relax in the hot tubs, on the huge couch by the big screen digital cable TV with streaming services, on the deck and in the hot tubs. Decadent Cal King bed in master. Ski lockers by the elevator.

This is truly mountainside living with trail & ski access right out the door! We remodeled over 4 months & added a 14 ft live edge bar, 100 year old hardwood vanities and many other touches to make the mountainside a memorable Colorado experience. While staying you can enjoy all that Granby Ranch has to offer in every season or access Winter Park or Grand Lake in quick 20 minute drives. A grocery store and gas station are only 5 minutes away and Granby is right around the corner. Enjoy!

That Dam Cabin!

This historic 309-square foot cabin was built in 1932 for men working on the Shadow Mountain dam. When we found it, we knew this would be the perfect getaway. Our cabin is 4 miles from downtown Grand Lake! It's a short drive to restaurants, shops, hiking, fishing, the beach and kayak/boat rentals. Head to Rocky Mountain National park to hike and see wildlife or stay home and enjoy s'mores around the fire. On a clear night the stars are absolutely breathtaking!
