What we lost from the seclusion of trees, we gained in 360 degree views of Kawuneeche Valley & Rocky Mountain National Park. Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily. That Dam Cabin, too!

This historic yet modern 500 square foot cabin was built in 1932 for men working on the Shadow Mountain dam. When we found it, we knew this would be the perfect getaway for us and wanted others to share this experience too. Our cabin is 4 miles from downtown Grand Lake! It's a short drive to restaurants, shops, hiking, fishing, the beach and kayak/boat rentals. Head to the Rocky Mountain National park to hike and see wildlife or stay home and enjoy s'mores around the fire.

Whether it be play time or quiet time (or both!), we offer our guests (and pets) the comfort of a large studio and yard at the end of a dead end street. You have a beautiful mountain setting with easy access to all your favorite winter activities; Fraser Valley has them in spades! After enjoying a perfect Colorado winter day, come back to your spacious room for a drink by your cozy fireplace to think about what restaurant to enjoy to cap a wonderful day.

You're steps from terrific shops, bars, and restaurants. Right outside the condo is the free bus stop to world-class skiing at Winter Park. It is a 3-minute bus ride and frequents every 15 minutes in the winter. Free covered parking is included on a first-come basis. All new kitchen appliances installed in February 2024! Note: There's no A/C in the unit, but there is an evaporative cooler to help keep the unit cool in summer.

Cozy 1 bedroom Granby Ranch condo

Welcome to our Granby Ranch condo! Great access to skiing, hiking, biking, fishing and golf. Guests also have access to the outdoor pool and hot tub at the base of the ski mountain (small fee required)as well as a free tub in our complex. Unit has a master bedroom with a queen sized bed. FYI-I don’t accept any reservation requests without confirming the cleaning arrangements first. Our STR permit # is 006840.

I'm sharing with you my home away from home. A stay here comes with wonderful views of the Continental Divide and Winter Park Resort. The Lyft (free bus) stops just a few steps from the house. Cook with a great front range & ski area view and fully stocked kitchen. The living space has a comfy sofa and wood-burning stove. Molekule air filters & Dyson fan to keep you comfortable.

Cute studio with everything you need. The bed is a murphy bed, very comfortable. Comfy couch with ottoman. Kitchenette, bathroom. This property is very simple. Close to trails to trails and the town of Winter Park and Fraser. You might even see some wild life! Leave your worries behind and get in the zone! Rise with the sun, Sleep with the stars, Always create fireworks!
