The Franklin House is a historic home that contains 3 condos. Located downtown, across the street from the restaurants, bars, stores, coffee houses and museums and one block from the waterfront/musical fountain. GH State Park is 1 mile down the boardwalk. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Each condo sleeps 4, which is our legal limit and enforced. All units have private entrances/outdoor spaces with tables, chairs and Weber grills.

The home is full of character and some quarks but rest assured it is absolutely comfortable, cozy and efficiently set up for your stay.

This prime location stay is only a short walk from Michigan’s white sandy beaches! This space offers a King bed, a Queen bed, and a comfortable pull out sofa sleeper. All bed linens and bath linens are provided. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils- perfect for your vacation stay!

Your responsibility, RESERVE the camping spot first. We will bring it to your campground (or private residence) Delivery is free in Grand Haven. Hoffmaster $30 Holland State Park $45 Newly built Skoolie with two bunks beds, a queen sized mattress and a fold down sofa (probably best suited for a smaller person. Bus has no run UPDATE: Bechmobile and Beachmobile 2.0 have been retired. The red white and blue bus, and the big blue bus (former Bookmobile) are no longer with us.
