Lakehouse Loft Apartment

This newly construction upstairs loft has lake access and views of majestic Lake Champlain. Dogs under 25 pounds are allowed w/ permission and a $25 per night, per dog, pet fee. (Maximum of 2 dogs) If your dog is larger, please don't ask. Pit-bulls, pit-bull mixes, Dobermans, and Rottweilers are not allowed as per our insurance. There are reputable kennels nearby for you use, so you can have you pet close, for day trips.

Beautiful, loved, family cottage on the Inland Sea part of Lake Champlain. Kayaks and life jackets are provided. Great fishing, bird watching, swimming, biking and walks. Near Burlington, Vermont, and the Champlain Islands. We have WIFI. THE UPSTAIRS ROOM HAS A QUEEN SIZE BED, A FULL BED AND A PULL OUT COUCH ALL IN THE SAME SPACE. There is a brand new sleeper couch down stairs. No pets.
