Come relax in the Vermont islands! The cozy cottage has all you need to get away and unwind. Lounge on the hammock or in front of a campfire roasting s’mores while the sun sets. Lifelong memories await you! Sunrises are impeccable. Incredible views of the Vermont mountains. The cottage has a rocky beach and great water quality. There is a private dock to fish or relax on! Situated on a private dead end road, this 3 bed 1 bath home offers 85' of lake front on Alburgh's east shore and a boat launch a mile away, enjoy all the lake has to offer. Single level ranch style home with an open floor plan allowing for a feeling of togetherness with family and friends. All rooms are equipped with heat and AC. Bedrooms also have ceiling fans.

Located on Lake Champlain, this cottage has spectacular lake and sunset views. Perfect for relaxing, fishing, water sports, golfing, and also to use as a home base for fun day trips. Enjoy the sunroom which overlooks the beautiful lake, the nearby Alburgh Sand Dunes State Park and Alburgh Golf Links, and St. Anne's Shrine and the ancient coral reefs on Isle LaMotte. Dogs are welcome, but require Owner approval and payment of a $85 per dog per trip fee, maximum of 2 dogs.

Vertopia Cottage on the Lake

Sit back, relax, and enjoy beautiful sunsets over Lake Champlain with views of the Adirondacks. It's a quick 30 minute drive to downtown Burlington. The islands have a great variety of restaurants and breweries all within a 5-10 minute drive. For avid bicyclists, the cottage is about 9 miles from the Island Line Trail parking area, which is where the ferry to the Lake Champlain Causeway is, and then it’s another 10 miles on the bike path to Burlington's waterfront park.
