Experience the feel of staying in Old Mexico while being footsteps to downtown Grand Junction. Please note that this is a basement apartment, and you may hear footsteps/people above. A fully equipped modern kitchen, laundry, a workspace and a very comfortable mattress in the bedroom. relax in the backyard featuring a Shared Gazebo, Firepit and BBQ. Off street parking. However, we added extra insulation in the ceiling and extra thick padding under the carpet in the rooms above the bedroom!

Nestled in a quiet little mtn town, the gateway to Grand Mesa with a wild horse herd in its "backyard", near Powderhorn skiing, world class bike trails and wine tasting. The cottage was built right after The Depression but before WWII-a unique architectural "moment in time" It's been lovingly restored and still has many original features like the 1941 Montgomery Wards Catalog kitchen cabinets. We have it all! Our newly renovated Aspen Apartment is located within walking distance of everything downtown Grand Junction has to offer. Our apartment is located minutes from downtown shopping, dining, the Convention Center, Colorado Mesa University, the Colorado National Monument, nearby wine country, and other recreational opportunities.
