Decorated with the owners personal vintage collection and quirky style, the bunkhouse is fully furnished with a Queen size bed; luxury bed linens & towels, flat screen TV & Wi-Fi. Enjoy your private bathroom with a Jeep front vanity and a small kitchenette, which includes a real pickup tailgate table with antique implement stools. Come experience a cool atmosphere where you can enjoy some of the best views this property has to offer and a true Colorado experience.

Our brand new garage apartment is walking distance from CMU, downtown, and Lincoln Park! Easily bike or walk to morning coffee, the riverfront, or take a short drive to Lunch Loops for mountain biking and hiking (our favorite!) We have a Nespresso machine or french press for morning coffee, washer/dryer, non-toxic shampoo & conditioner, body wash, and lotion, and any kitchen appliances you may need during your stay. Also provided a pack n play, high chair, and baby items for families :)

The Peach House is a Tiny Home! Private parking, entrance and the entire tiny house is yours with a studio apartment vibe. Kitchenette (sink, coffee maker, toaster, fridge and microwave). Full bathroom with shower, double bed, TV and a comfy couch. Private outdoor patio, firepit and unobstructed view of Palisade vineyards, Mt. Garfield and Colorado sunsets. Welcome to Happy Tails animal sanctuary we are a nonprofit animal rescue in palisade wine country. 10 acre animal sanctuary w alpaca, goats, pigs, dogs, chickens peacocks even a emu that all free range. Fish, kayak, paddleboard, canoe on our 2 acre fully stocked fishing lake. Float the Colorado river from Riverbend park in Palisade to our private beach. The views of the Colorado river, Grand Mesa & mount Garfield are breathtaking the animals are all friendly and love people
