This large studio is in the lower level of our carriage house. You will have you own entrance to your quiet and quaint space. The studio has a comfortable queen bed, a living room area with a couch, chair, desk and large screen tv. Your belongings can be stored comfortably in the walk-in closet. There is a full-size kitchen and bathroom with a claw foot tub. You’ll open your front door to a beautifully landscaped yard. All within walking distance to bars, restaurants & great performances venues.

At the side entrance to our home you’ll find a well lit door with a keyless lock system . We send the code for the lock system just prior to your stay. Entrance to the private guest space is down the stairs.

Tiny House In the City

**Important to note: we are currently undergoing an exterior landscape renovation to be complete late Spring of 2026.** Welcome to our tiny home! In 2019 my husband and I set out to renovate this old pool house into a self-sustainable apartment or tiny home in our backyard. As you can imagine… things did not turn out the way we intended and construction was completed in the fall of 2020! The amenities are not lacking within the space and we know you will feel at home!

The Coop at Vintage Grove Family Farm

Welcome! This charming little house is a repurposed chicken coop on the farm. Enjoy the quiet, country life with all the comforts from home. The Coop is located between the main house and the large barn on a small hobby farm. This is a working farm with large and small animals, however, there are no hens in the guest house! During your stay, you are welcome to wander through the barn and visit all the animals. We do not have a TV, however, the internet works great!

Welcome to your private, spacious home in East Hills! Whole house privacy! Walking distance to two espresso bars, bakeries, cupcake shop, restaurants, wine bar, and 1 block to the Grand Rapids Farmer's Market. Central air, Nectar mattresses, fresh linens and fluffy pillows! Quiet neighborhood, easy parking and minutes from downtown GR! We are local, so if you need anything we are just 12 minutes away. And we don't ask you to clean anything when you leave! :)

The Amberg House - a Frank Lloyd Wright Original

Staying in a house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright is a bucket list item for fans of America's most acclaimed architect. The Amberg House was completed in 1911 at the pinnacle of Wright's Prairie Style influence. Though every Wright home is special, the Amberg House is a unique collaboration between Wright and Marion Mahony. Mahony worked with Wright from 1896 until 1909. A graduate of MIT, she was the first woman to be licensed as an architect in the US.

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).

This historic 1890 loft was reimagined for modern living. The birth home of billionaire Jay Van Andel, it sits above the best breakfast spot in Grand Rapids (The Cherie Inn) and in the heart of East Hills’ vibrant shops and restaurants—aka the Center of the Universe.
