This centrally located home offers character, art, and room to spread out. From the inviting brick front porch to the bonus attic room everyone will find their comfort space. There is a large bedroom, full bath, dining room, living room, and large kitchen on the main floor. The second-floor features 3 bedrooms and a large bath. Head up to the relaxation zone offering a tv and comfortable furnishings. The partially fenced yard offers green space, outdoor patio furniture and oversized jenga set.

Underground Hobbit Home in the deep forest

Our custom-built Hobbit Home is nestled under the forest floor on a 10 acre site. A bench swing adorns the hillside along the huge boulder fire pit and outdoor picnic area. The inside of the 185 sq.ft. structure is one-of-a-kind, with a Poplar tree bark ceiling, wavy cedar walls, and a wood cookie wall. A queen sized bed with linens and pillows comfortably sleeps two, and a comfy pull out couch can sleep two children under 12 or one teen or adult. A wood stove makes it cozy in the cold months.

This Tiny Home is truly unique and very cool! The 2 story space combines rustic barnwood with a sleek, modern kitchen, full bathroom, and it’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Enjoy Lake MIchigan sunsets from the concrete stamped patio and relax under the stars in the privacy of the hot tub. The perfect place to rest and relax. The cabin is tucked back by the woods, next to a bubbling creeks, with a view of the cows grazing in the pasture. We are conveniently located 10 miles from downtown Grand rapids, 5 miles from Grandvalley State university and 30 miles from the lake Michigan shoreline.
