This is a one bedroom apartment built on the side of a large rambler house on a corner lot. The apartment faces north and our house faces west. It has a private entrance, and a private driveway. Everything you could possibly need for a great stay. It was built from the ground up 11 years ago. We have a new puppy who is a very naughty little Jack Russell Terrier and has not yet learned not to bark at the doorbell or strange noises. If that will bother you a lot, this might not be a good fit.

You will love staying in this fresh remodeled basement apartment which has a separate entrance and separate garage to park your car(s) and store ski/snowboard gear, bikes, etc. Nestled right at the base of Little Cotton Wood Canyon in Granite with beautiful views of the Wasatch Mountains and only minutes away from Utah’s amazing ski resorts (8 miles to Snowbird/Alta), and hikes. It is also terrific for traveling workers. The space is very spacious (2,000 sq ft) and cozy! Tons of daylight.

My place is close to the District shopping center, close to many restaurants, parks, daybreak lake, and trails. We are 1 mile from Trax train station in DayBreak, and 16-20 miles to 4 different ski resorts. We are 10 miles to South Town Expo center. You’ll love my place because of the people, and the neighborhood. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). This space has nice full kitchen, large family room with foosball table and TV.

Minutes from Canyon with Pool Table and Full Kitchen. This space is around 2000 sq ft, so it is quite large. It is a basement apartment with it's own private entrance. There are two very large bedrooms, and one bathroom to accommodate your stay. The space also includes a full living room and kitchen, as well as a pool table and other games. This is in an unbeatable location. Literally a few minutes from the mouth of the Cottonwood Canyons. Also close to dining, and freeway access.

Skiers Crash Pad

Perfect Skiers crash pad. With smart TV and full Kitchen. Brighton, Alta, and Snowbird are accessible by bus on a 40 min ride. Five-minute walk from a plethora of restaurants and Fashion Place Mall. 25 minutes from Park City resorts and nightlife. The reviews speak for it self , you’ll love the place because of the coziness and the location. This is a loft, some ceiling areas are slanted as you can see in the pictures. Animals will be considered with a fee.

Our basement apartment has three bedrooms. Newly renovated and spacious. Centrally located, only 20 minutes to downtown SLC or 40 minutes to Provo. Minutes from shopping, dining & parks. Public transit hubs close by and Bangerter Highway right around the corner. Only 3 miles to I-15. We also have high speed internet and cable T.V.. Plenty of room for entertaining. Great for families, business travelers, couples or solo adventurers.
