Welcome to our neat, spacious, ground-level, downstairs apartment! Garage access and parking for 4-5 cars! We are tucked away in the suburbs with a nice view of the Jordan Valley and Oquirrh mountains and yet close to EVERYTHING; 17min from downtown SLC, 20 min to Skiing, 15 min from “silicon slopes”. We live upstairs and have 4 little kids under the age of 10 so it may be a little…stompy. And screamy. And sound like a dump truck unloading potatoes upstairs, but only from 8-10am and 5-9pm😇

This condo in Easton Park looks out over a 5 acre park where you can enjoy time relaxing, walking, or playing some of the sports available there. You’ll love our condo because of the comfy bed, great location, high speed internet, nice appliances (including washer and dryer)and the high ceilings. Our condo is good for couples, solo adventurers, a great “between homes setting” and business travelers. There are garage spaces available for storing items if you are in between homes too!

This home is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping but still in a quiet and quaint location. 5 minutes West of I-15, 35 mins to the ski resorts, 25 mins to SLC Airport, 20 mins to downtown, and 15 mins to Lehi! *We welcome Small Dog (sub35lb) $25/night. This is a detached guest house! Private access, full kitchen, washer/dryer, 1 queen bed and sofa pull out. Close to little cottonwood canyon and public transport. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, family/kids! I live in the house next door, and I'm a great area guide! I can show you around town, the mountains and give you all the good details about making your ski trip a memorable one!- or complete privacy if that’s what you prefer.

2 Bed/1 Bath Guest Suite

I'm happy to host you & your pets! My home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood away from busy streets, about 15 miles south of Salt Lake International Airport. The guest area is the main level, about 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Requests with kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease.
