The space is fully equipped for comfort and convenience for up to 5 guests--come for a weekend retreat, or take a longer stay on this 25 acre homestead. The apartment is downstairs of the main house, yet two private entrances offer seclusion and sanctuary with panoramic views of the forest.

Charming one bedroom apartment in a unique, family built home close to Nevada City (5 min drive to downtown). Rustic, simple, quaint & cozy. Because it's forested and in a cement house, wifi is not great here . There's A/C in the summer and a propane 'wood' stove for winter. Nearby walking trails. The apartment is located in the bottom of our house and has a separate entrance, kitchen, queen bed + bathroom. The property has a pond & patio. It's forested, secluded, and quiet.

Come and stay in our large modern suite in the heart of Nevada City Historical District steps away from eclectic bars, award-winning restaurants, shops, and night life. This large beautiful apt is spacious and comfortable enough for a full months stay or a weekend away. Off street parking is private and free. We love DOGS so feel free to bring your pup.
