The Garden Room at Warren House is a beautiful bijou studio suite with stunning views of Littondale deep in the Yorkshire Dales with lots of walks right on the doorstep. Both bedrooms have zip and link king size beds, which can be split into single beds on request. The bedrooms have ensuite facilities, one is accessible This new build has underfloor heating and is warm & cosy. There's a large patio and a garden to enjoy during your stay. The entire place is yours and is self-catering

A period townhouse, first & second-floor apartment with abundant natural light & courtyard views, conveniently set in a quiet Fold in the centre of Grassington, with allocated private parking, outdoor seating, private ground floor entrance, two double bedrooms, full kitchen, dining/lounge, & bathroom with large twin-head shower. The main bedroom has a super king-size bed (or two singles). The second bedroom has the flexibility of a single & a double sofa bed & can be used as an extra lounge.

Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.
