Unique Hobbit House with Garden, Fire Pit & Views

Cosy Hobbit House with fire pit, private garden, and stunning countryside views at Sychpwll. This unique cob-built house has two bedrooms (king and double), a private bathroom with electric shower, and an open-plan kitchen/dining room. The house is heated by two wood burners, laid for you on arrival with a basket of logs. Extra wood can be brought from us. Outside, enjoy your garden with seating , fire pit, and relax in the peace, wildlife, and countryside. Guests also have access to the river.

Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

The tower is regarded as a folly tower built in remembrance of his late mother. Recently restored into a small habitable dwelling and is now available for rental for selected months of the year. The Wash House is an historic cottage on one floor hidden 100m above the centre of Ambleside. Once a wash house, then a sculptor's studio, the Wash House has now been cleverly converted to provide everything needed for a perfect holiday in quite a small space!
