It has a balcony overlooking Viale dell'Università and the Secretary of Air Force building, a prime example of Italian Rational Architecture. The bathroom offers a shower with endless hot water, a design stone basin supported by a wooden sculpture, and sanitary ware. It is equipped with toiletries, a hairdryer, slippers, and towels. La stanza è ampia e luminosa ed estremamente confortevole. È dotata di tutti i confort. Nella stanza, oltre al letto matrimoniale, c'è anche un comodo divano letto che su richiesta viene utilizzato come letto aggiuntivo. La camera è caratterizzata da alti soffitti con stucchi d'epoca evidenziati da piacevoli contrasti cromatici, e arredata con sobrietà e cura dei particolari. La stanza è composta da letto matrimoniale, armadio, scrivania, divanetto, comodino.
