Wooden-Home Experience

Our wooden home has been built with one thing in mind. Calmness and peace. Here you will have the chance to relax and enjoy nature. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. A full-size fridge, oven, microwave as well as an espresso coffeemaker. The bathroom is spacious and offers a rain-shower. The bedroom has an attic with a single bed, a double bed, a closet as well as a small desk. The main area, the living room has a four-seat comfortable sofa, a TV, and a wood-stove. EV charger available.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away 11 km. You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary. Kara wooden bungalow is situated in a mountainous area in a very tiny village called Selakano. We do own a very good tavern with traditional Greek and Cretan recipes. Guests have access to the garden, where you can taste fresh fruit and seasonal vegetables (period June to September).
