Cozy Creekside Cottage with Skiing & Hiking Nearby

A secluded cozy cottage perfect for a couple’s getaway. Located in the Pisgah National Forest, this getaway is only an hour drive from Asheville. Relax to the sound of flowing water on the front porch, or take a trip to nature destinations nearby. Enjoy your day at one of three ski resorts nearby or enjoy a day of waterfalls and wineries. If you choose to stay in, we have 9 acres of beautiful unspoiled land to explore. Spend evenings in our barn Billiard Room with TV’s and Poker/Game Table.

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Cabin/Tiny Home. Relax & enjoy amazing mtn. views, 200 acres of trails, woods, pastures, farm, & fields. HURRICANE HELENE: TRAILS ARE NOT COMPLETELY ACCESSIBLE NOW DUE TO HELENE. Our trails & woods have been ravaged with 100's of trees down. Many trails are still not cleared. Our 1.5 mile upper ridge trail loop and one river trail are now open. Pastures and fields are mostly cleared and all areas around the cottage are completely cleared with amazing long range views of fields and mountains.

Welcome to Boulder Ridge! This is the ‘little cabin in the woods’ you’ve always wanted. Boulder Ridge is a 700 square-foot Lincoln-Log style log cabin located on four gorgeous acres in Burnsville, North Carolina. Have a picnic on one of our many boulders on the property. Sit out back around the fire and relax. The loft has a queen sized bed and a futon. Our bathroom has a gorgeous clawfoot tub. Feel free to reach out to us. Please Note: There is NO hunting allowed on the property or around it.
