This 1-bedroom & bathroom is perfect for 1 or 2 guests. It’s in the heart of downtown so you will hear traffic but it’s our most popular place! It has black out curtains a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & a dining table. There’s a restaurant/bar downstairs so you will hear some noise during their hours of operation they close Tues-Thur@ 8:00pm Fri -Sat@ 9:00pm & closed on Sun. & Mon. The WiFi is slow & goes in & out, if that’s important, you may want to book at one of our other locations.

Entire New Home! Vacation Villa/Beach/Golf/wi-Fi

Recently constructed & beautifully decorated, this house is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach on 48th Avenue N. Within walking distance of the rolling green hills of the Myrtlewood golf course, it is also a 1 minute drive from the famous Broadway at the Beach (shopping, fun for the kids, rides, & nightlife), & only 5 minutes from the beach! Due to COVID-19, this house now employs *extra* cleaning and sanitation services before each stay in order to ensure your trip is as clean as possible!

Cozy Cottage

This adorable guest house is situated in a lovely neighborhood in the quaint river town of Conway, SC. A beautiful pool and deck area is available several months of the year. 8 miles from Coastal Carolina University make it a great place to stay for attending student events. Historic downtown Conway offers a delightful river walk along the banks of the Waccamaw River, along with an array of shopping, dining and historic attractions. Conway is also just 12 mi. inland from Myrtle Beach.

Oceanfront Duplex~ linens included!

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

Stay in our cozy Magnolia Loft, an upstairs apartment above our barndominium, conveniently located just off Hwy 22—only 30 minutes to the beach! featuring: 1 king bed, 1 full bed, and a pull-out sofa Full kitchen, 1 bathroom, and living area Washer/dryer. access through the garage upstairs and 2 dedicated parking spaces Guests also have shared access to outdoor amenities including a sunning deck, swimming pool, and children’s play area—perfect for relaxing or making family memories.
