Perfectly Priced Residential Retreat # 1

Our homey and charming room has been freshly painted and will allow you a restful slumber and short drive to Travis AFB, Napa Valley, San Francisco and greater bay area, Davis and Sacramento. It's super affordable and close to the freeways I-80 and I-505. The window faces west so you can sleep in knowing that the room will remain relatively dark in the morning if the shades are down. We want to make you aware that we have a dog who has access to the shared area of our home. Joey is his name.

Historic sunny 1850s New England- style farmhouse surrounded by trees on quiet street. Close to Kaiser. # Napa 15 minutes, # San Francisco via 50 minutes ferry. No TV. No smoking, drugs, pets, service animals. Private room with full bed, desk, wifi, fridge, microwave on 2nd floor. Shared (with 1 Balcony Room guest) bathroom across landing. Quiet household 9pm-7am. Small size private room (130 sq ft) located in one of the quietest and safest neighborhoods in Vallejo. (Granada Heights). Best for solo travelers, looking for a clean, quiet and safe place to spend the night. Not pet friendly, no drugs or smoking inside the house, only one guest for room, no children. 📍5 minutes close to freeway 📍11 minutes drive to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom 📍15 minutes drive to Ferry Station 📍25 minutes drive to Napa, CA

Spacious room by West Oakland bart -Kitchen & Bath

Bedroom, with access to shared bathroom and kitchen in older four-bedroom second-floor unit. A 5-minute walk from bart/train station (stop called West Oakland). All guests entering the property must be on the reservation, max 2 guests per room. Dogs are in the unit but are supervised in shared areas. Research the location before booking as it's not for everyone. No heating or A/C in the unit. Bedding colors vary, not always blue.

American Canyon Gateway to Wine Country

My place is close to a great location in the beginning of wine country (American Canyon). Quiet and safe area, close to the wetlands (13 miles of trails). It is located 10 min. from Ferry Building, 15-20 minutes Napa/Sonoma/Fairfield with lots around, community pool, InShape gym etc... This is just a fabulous place. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the high ceilings, and the location. My place is good for solo adventurers.

This is a family home. My place is in the desirable neighborhood called Brown's Valley. Very close to the freeways 80 and 505, walking trails, stores, Hospitals; Kaiser and NorthBay VacaValley Hospital, Travis Air Base, and Genentech. 15 mins from UC Davis 50 mins from San Francisco 30 mins from Sacramento 30 mins from Napa This place will not be a good fit if you work during the night and home during the day.
