Dating from around 1760, Derwent Bank is an attractive Georgian family house in the village of Great Broughton, Cumbria. "The Cottage" part of the house has a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with use of the front garden and verandah, Wifi, 3 large bedrooms, bathroom, dining room and a TV lounge with NetFlix & Amazon Prime. A little gem in West Cumbria.

Close to the Lake District and the Solway Coast whilst in a quiet location. Maxwell Cottage is totally renovated and refurbished throughout with ample off street parking. This is a no smoking and pet free property. The cottage can accommodate up to 6 adults (sofa bed available in the living area) and we have a cot available.

NEW LISTING JANUARY 2018 Charming barn converted cottage dating from 1700. It is based near the quiet part of West Cumbria's Lake District. A great place for couples and we always welcome your pet. The cottage also has two step down access to a pretty patio garden with pond. The garden is shared and is quite large.
