The apartment is a 1965 square foot 2-bedroom with a king-size bed in each bedroom. A full kitchen, a very large living dining kitchen area, a private patio, a gas log fireplace, huge TVs, and a jaw-dropping view of WCU and Cullowhee NC and yes a killer hot tub to soak in the view. The best of everything!

Get comfortable in our open living/dining area with soaring ceiling, gas fireplace, electric piano, acoustic guitar, and two-story wall of windows facing a long-range mountain view. Our evenings usually unfold on the expansive new deck, which wraps around three sides of the house. Here, you can relax in an Adirondack chair, gaze at the stars, cook on the grill, enjoy a meal, and warm up next to the outdoor propane fireplace. The house comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 4 children.

Our home is newly renovated & located in the heart of Sylva, ~1.5 miles from all the Main Street shops & restaurants. Very convenient to WCU, Harrahs Casino, Pinnacle Park, Harris Hospital & Blue Ridge Parkway. Neighborhood is quiet & family-friendly, with a ~0.88 mile "loop" with minimal traffic - great for morning walk/run. Walnut Grove Farmhouse, a renovated 1930s era home, is a remnant of an old farm. We are situated on 17 acres of rolling hills with handsome views from the upper pasture along with a stand of 14 walnut trees. Sit a spell on the porch, listen to the trickling brook (a roaring brook when we get significant rain), the sound of birds, the sounds at night and maybe some turkeys will venture through. We are located midway between Franklin and Dillsboro, Sylva, Cullowhee.
