This loft boasts a king size bed, kitchenette, Wifi, 47" flatscreen TV for either watching in bed or lounging on the sofa. If you want to work, a desk is there for you to spread out. Relax in the gorgeous courtyard, dining area or in front of the fireplace. Better yet, enjoy the "secret garden". Perfectly located in central GSO which is close to shopping & downtown.

Walk down the path to your mini suite: a cozy studio with an open floor plan, kitchenette (microwave & toaster over), clawfoot tub with shower, queen bed, & private deck. Great for 2 guests or place to work remotely. A 5-min walk to scenic lake/trails. In a very quiet neighborhood, it's not a good fit for gatherings or folks coming & going at all hours. Please no smoking/vaping of any kind in/on premises. 10 min drive to GAC, Tanger, UNCG, A&T, Coliseum, Guilford College & 25 mins to High point.

This is a thoughtfully furnished, comfortable, and immaculately clean and disinfected STUDIO apartment in the heart of downtown. Lots of light, privacy, and features space saving features that keep the space open. Easy, independent check-in/out w/ electronic lock. The Studio has two beds-- a full sized mattress on the murphy bed, and a full sized very plush and comfortable eurolounger couch. It is best suited for singles, couples, or people that feel comfortable sleeping in the same space.

Sleeps 4 (2 under 18) with queen bed, a twin and a sofa; 42" TV, SMART bluray, WIFI, NETFLIX, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, full bathroom with walk-in shower; washer/dryer in garage. Three miles of trails start across the street; 5 minute walk to the lake/playground. 3rd & 4th guests (must be under age 18) $20 each/night.

Close to Lindley Park favorites at the corner, UNCG, Downtown and Greensboro Coliseum.
