A beautifully decorated basement suite 15 minutes from downtown Winston, near Lewisville and some of the best wineries! The space is entirely yours, complete with a charming patio, kitchenette, full bathroom, and studio bedroom/living room. Sit out on the patio with a cup of coffee from our fully stocked coffee bar and watch the deer & birds, or grab a book and snuggle in cozy bedding. We are an active family with dogs & kids living upstairs, so we've provided everything you need for quiet!

Enjoy the upstairs suite with private entrance in historic College Hill, just minutes to downtown. Modern conveniences blend with old time charm in big rooms, high ceilings, tile/granite bathroom, and mix of hardwood floors and carpeting. Close to UNCG, other colleges, the Tanger Performing Arts Center, and the coliseum. Relax on the front porch or walk to great restaurants and shops. FYI: A 2nd room is available (we don't rent it out separately, it's only for those who book the 1st room).

Private, Peaceful, Green Hideaway 6 Minutes to WFU

Just minutes from Wake Forest, we have a completely remodeled this very special place. We have often stood at the huge windows of this ground level space and watched mother deer with their fawns play in the yard. Your home away from home is at the end of an already quiet cul-de-sac so traffic noise is zero. Your suite is completely private with its own ground level entrance. Your kitchen has a full size sink, an induction stove, fridge, with all your cookware, dishes. New bath with tub.

Welcome to your cozy - little net. Please keep in mind that this unit is attached to our house (we shared a wall - different entrance). Everything showed in the pictures will be all yours (Master bedroom, Study room - living room Space, and an extraordinary bathroom). Located on a gated 1/2 acre property on the edge of Winston's highly desirable Buena Vista neighborhood. Guests can use courtyard area for eating, working or talking.

Quiet Private Suite near Main Street, High Point

A private, cozy mother-in-law suite with a full kitchen, bath/shower and separate entrance & parking within 1 1/2 miles from Main Street & 2 1/2 miles from High Point University. **This is connected to the back corner of our home, but has a private entrance&you do not interact with host unless needed.
