Playpen available on request. Large shower, gas fireplace and air conditioning . Stroll around the beautiful grounds and enjoy all inclusive canoe,paddleboards and paddle boat with no rental fees. This house is located on sought after Mallory beach road it is a beautiful scenic dead end road that runs right along beautiful Georgian bay on one side and the niagara escarpment on the other side. Mallory beach road is just off the main highway between Wiarton and tobermaury. This house is right across the road from Georgian bay with water access at the S bend. This house is only a short 25 minute drive to sauble beach and 55 min drive to tobermaury!
