Along the way we will stop at several picturesque waterfalls, an iconic Canadian cafe chain and an award winning winery. During short walks along tree lined paths at these smaller falls, you’ll learn about the geology of the area followed by a stop at a coffee shop chain that has become part of the Canadian identity. Then, we’ll hop in the car and continue to Niagara's wine region, where we will stop for a tasting (including ICE wine) at one of Niagara Regions most award winning wineries. After a delicious sit down lunch, we’ll go to the world-famous Niagara Falls where you will bathe in the mist from the Falls as we walk along the rim of the Niagara Gorge. We will have more than enough time for guests to participate in one of these optional self led activities: the historic Niagara Boat Cruise (in season April to late November) OR The Journey Behind the Falls when the boat is not available Following our visit to the upper edge of the mighty Horseshoe Falls we will return direct to Toronto. Using real sterling silver, tiny saws, hammers, and fire, you'll create your very own ring. I'll teach you how to measure, cut, solder, bend, file, and polish your custom creation. You can also texturize or letter stamp it to make it truly one of a kind. You'll leave wearing your new ring with a sense of great accomplishment and the perfect souvenir. Other things to note: This experience runs between 2.5-3.5 hours long depending on your design choices and work ethic. Average class time is 3 hours. Safety is important in the studio! Every menu is created the morning of the dining experience. Moreover for the curious of hearts, I would be cooking and baking dishes, giving you a true peek into the world of fine dining in top kitchens. All this is in a day/evening's worth of time spent leisurely drinking and eating delicious meal in great company and hopefully the best story to tell in the forseeable future. The experience is a 16 course gelato tasting with a visit to the gelato lab where all the creative flavours are tested & produced. During the tour I will explain the differences between Icecream & gelato , the science behind gelato, production of gelato and the history behind the company. My unique back ground of being a chemical engineer and a chef will give you a unique perspective of the art of gelato. We have flavours that are seasonal and creative. Flavours such as smoked chocolate and bourbon, cheeseboard, Thai ice tea, pistachio baklava, coconut lemon cream Pai, peanut butter and croissants etc… are among many you may taste.. we are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions. This experience is for individuals, kids, or couples/dance partners, and we will relearn the art of Salsa or Bachata (your choice. or both!) in leading and following. NOTE: If you don't see a booking date/time available, please just direct message me, and I will try to accommodate! I love dancing Salsa/Bachata because of the passionate music and sensuality. We'll practice the basic steps with a fusion into casual social dance with a partner. You will learn about timing, rhythm, turn patterns, body waves, hand holds, and sensing your partner. We'll have fun and you'll learn to dance with confidence. This lesson is for EVERYONE - from beginners with little or no dance experience to experienced salsa/bachata dancers. The class will last 1 hour. The goal is to give the male leader new leading skills and to teach the female follower to be present in the moment. It's a relatively foreign dance style, but it’s entertaining for sure! Btw, Salsa/Bachata is a fantastic way to connect with your partner on a romantic date night!!! Upon arrival , check in at the yoga tent and get your all access stamp. Our session begins with 30 minutes of gentle yoga, designed to be appropriate for all fitness levels. While we move through our yoga poses, the goats will explore and play on and around us, often cuddling up to guests and sometimes even falling asleep. The yoga session is followed by 30 minutes of goat cuddles, photos and relaxation. I will be taking you through the beautiful architecture of Old Toronto and some hidden spots to take some beautiful pictures of you. It can be a fashion, lifestyle or urban photos. During this entire experience, I will be showing you the spots mentioned above while also taking pictures of you or your group. Most of these are great architecture, monuments and other tourist attractions. The entire experience will be around 60 mins long but depends on the weather conditions that we can talk about :) As can be seen, there are few spots for every experience session but if you have a group bigger than that, write to me and I can arrange a private group session for you! If you want it all alone for you, you can book both spots. You will be getting 50+ colour-corrected and high-resolution pictures of your choice with an option to buy extra in a personalized online gallery within 3 days after you are done selecting your favourites. Come spend an hour with us on our hobby farm, Wild Hearts Farmstead! You'll get to learn about what it takes to care for a wide variety of farm animals including Cows, Horses + Donkeys, Goats + sheep, Pigs, Alpacas, Chickens, Geese and more!:) When you arrive we will go over all of the farm rules and anything you need to know to stay safe and have an enjoyable experience! You’ll then get to spend some time with our herd of pygmy goats, kunekune pigs, highland cows, and our Clydesdale horse Hank! Following these encounters you get to take our miniature donkey Jack for a walk, give the chickens some treats and say hello to our sheep! Photos are welcome and encouraged! This is your opportunity to have your own professional photographer to show you the most photogenic spots around Downtown Ottawa and take photos of you. This Experience will last for 60 min. We will meet outside the front main entrance of the National Arts Centre. I will take you to the beautiful spots in downtown Ottawa such as the rooftop terrace of the NAC, outside of the historic Fairmont Chateau Laurier, and Major's Hill Park. These spots create fantastic backdrops for photos and you will not be disappointed. Even the locals are unaware of some of these photo spots! Have any specific locations or events in Ottawa that you would want me there for? No problem! Just contact me and we can arrange a photoshoot experience to capture your day. After the Experience, I will send you a link to your private online gallery where you will be able to access your beautifully edited photos! *IMPORTANT NOTE* The number of photos you will receive are not included in the booking price.
