Op 20 minuten rijden van Granada en de kust ligt ons 100 jaar oude, gerenoveerde huisje "Casita Klein Zwitserland": 2 slaapkamers, een gezellige leefruimte, volledig uitgeruste keuken, patio en panoramaterras met uniek uitzicht over het meer en de Lecrínvallei met citrusboomgaarden. Dit is de ideale bestemming om tijdens een vakantie of workation te onthaasten in de bergen, met de stad en de zee vlakbij. Casa en La Alpujarra Árabe, ubicada en El Barrio más antiguo de Capileira, el lugar más tranquilo y mágico del pueblo. Rodeada de sonidos de fuentes, acequias, montañas, rutas de senderismo y el Río Poqueira. La casa consta de dos plantas. Arriba hay un dormitorio con baño en suite, terraza con vistas a la montaña, Salón con chimenea y dos sillones-cama. Abajo hay otro salón-comedor con cocina americana y estufa de leña. Totalmente equipada y con WIFI. No calefacción. Solo chimeneas. No hay TV.

The house "Sol de la Vega" is located in the heart of Otivar, a village famous for its tropical valley and fruit. It is in a rural location, with steep hills. The house dates back to arab times, it has been fully renovated to high standards maintaining its character and adding all modern amenities, such as air-conditioning, hot air heating and wifi, also has a cast iron wooden fireplace and build in barbecue. The nearest costal town is Almuñecar.
