West Coast Beach House

Our apartment it's a gem converted in a cinema with a touch of beach, is a mix of colors design to disconnect, relax and enjoy. We have two balconies (front and back), two rooms: one with a full bed and AC, and another one converted in a cinema with a sofa (bed), TV of 85", AC and snack bar. Bathroom is totally equipped. Kitchen and living room are together: kitchen is totally equipped with two burners stoves, fridge and microwave, living room has a futon that it can be converted to bed.

Hidden Nature

Ubicada fuera de la ciudad, área de campo donde podrán disfrutar del cantar del coquí en la noche, del gallo al amanecer y de las aves. Estarán rodeado de naturaleza como árboles de almendras, caña de bambú, palmas, ect. Al lado del apartamento hay un puente donde pasa un riachuelo , podrás bajar por una escalera y caminar por la orilla y ver las tortugas . A minutos de la playa. Un lugar muy tranquilo para despejarse, descansar y disfrutar de todo lo que ofrece el área oeste.

Vista Al Mar is a tropical apartment situated beside the beach. A place where you can relax and rest. We have two rooms: one with a full bed and AC, and the other two twin beds and AC. Bathroom is fully equipped. Kitchen and living room are together: kitchen includes fridge, stove, microwave, dining table, and cookware, living room has a TV and a futon that turns to bed. In the third floor of the property you can enjoy of the stunning terrace with a view to the sea.

This amazing 3 story villa beach is located in one of Rincon's most exclusive complexes. The beach is only a few steps away and the villa offers fantastic views from the terrace and front patio. Rincón has an all year around perfect weather with amazing sunsets!

The unit is located 10 minute drive from Rincon, within walking distance to bars and restaurants in Aguada, and 5 minute drive to supermarket, gas station and drug store.
