Hola y Bienvenidos! My name is Shane, and I invite you to enjoy my beachfront home in the most peaceful, beautiful, and safest place on Earth - Maunabo, Puerto Rico. This one-of-a-kind beach house has 100-feet of private black sand. When you book my home, you can expect a perfect vacation with every necessity and nicety you would equip in your own private paradise. Malecon Beach House, Steps to the Caribbean Ocean

Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing area located on the Caribbean Sea in Patillas, PR. This popular location has resturants, kiosks, outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.

El Pretexto: Villa 1M

El Pretexto is our home and life’s undertaking. A space that combines wooden villas, an agroecology farming bed, an orchard, a forest, and a large wooden deck. Located in a very peaceful area in the mountains of Cayey with fantastic views all the way to the south coast and just one hour away from San Juan. El Pretexto is an adults-only (18+) venue, so if you are looking for a relaxed, countryside experience, El Pretexto is the place to stay. Farm-to-Table breakfasts are included each morning.
