Amy’s Local BNB is nestled among huge fir trees in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Sebastopol. This sunny contemporary gem focuses on our commitment to local and sustainably sourced food, wine, and crafts. With a full kitchen, you can enjoy the comforts of a meal cooked “at home” from the local farmer’s market, or walk to superb local eateries. We will share maps to our favorite swimming hole on the Russian River or to ocean beaches, or introduce you to excellent local vintners.

WiLD Vines Winery and Farm Cottage

Come enjoy our little piece of heaven centrally located between Santa Rosa and Sebastopol. Our vineyard is 10 years old and the winery is open for tasting! A vegetable garden, fruit trees and lovely back yard with fire pit provide tranquil, country ambiance. Full kitchen, large living room with big screen tv and X Box. Queen bedroom and additional small room with a crib, and a small desk. Private patio with gas bar que and hot tub. Most comfortable for a couple or family with younger children.

Fitch Mountain is known for its interesting local history, eclectic building styles, beautiful views, secluded neighborhoods, and friendly spirit.

Many couches and lounge chairs. There is a Fire Pit, paths and outdoor benches to relax on. It is Soundproofed and has a solarium. Indoors has high ceiling with skylights to view the dense surrounding redwoods with mid-century modern furniture. There is a 9 PM to 8AM quiet hour and there is no amplified sound allowed.
