Here you’ll enjoy a serene setting on a quiet lake, 7-person hot tub, and lakefront access with paddle boards and kayaks available to use. Conveniently located just one mile from Camp Michawana, 10 minutes from Hastings, and 40 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. This home is beautifully designed to be the backdrop of precious new memories w/ your loved ones! Pets welcome!

Family Legacy Resort, Making great family memories

We purchased the property in 2010 and Built this cottage for our family. After our children moved out we sold our home and moved here as our full-time residence. We loved lake living so decided to build our new home on the same property, using our cottage as a guest home. We did not use it as much as expected so we decided to Rent it for additional retirement income. The building has 1536 sq ft, including the 3-season porch. 2, 12'x15' bedrooms with 7 beds, plus a sofa bed in the living area.

Treloar Cottage

Tucked away in the quaint countryside, Treloar Cottage provides the peaceful getaway you've been waiting for! There are water activities, a grill, fireplace, campfire pit and full lake access. The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. Upon arrival, don't forget to look in our activity binder for things to do and places to see! Or, just get comfortable and enjoy!

Serenity on School Lake

Serenity on School Lake is your own little paradise! This cozy country cottage sits on it's own private lake (approx 200 yards from the home) with lots of wildlife. Watch the geese land and deer drink from the lake all while sitting on the walk out deck. Ranch style home with 2 BRs + 1 full bath upstairs with a partially finished 3rd BR and 3/4 bath downstairs. Fish from the dock, walk, etc. We hope you can enjoy the relaxation this dream spot provides! ***10 minutes from Olivet or Marshall

Welcome to Pure Michigan at Pine Lake, your ultimate lakeside escape nestled on the serene shores of Pine Lake! This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath home sleeps up to 6 guests. Spend your days gliding across the water in the provided two-person kayak, casting a line from the dock, or relaxing by the gas fire pit. With stunning sunsets from the private deck, a fully equipped kitchen, and rustic charm paired with modern amenities, this cozy retreat is perfect for making lasting memories.

Easy access to public boat launch (we can help you rent a boat or bring yours) 2 bedrooms, a pullout sofa and a lovely sleeping porch. Close to Bay Pointe Inn (live music every Wednesday!) Will consider a dog on a case by case basis due to neighbors all being dog owners. $250 pet fee

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
