The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

The Lodge at Thorpe House is a stunning, totally unique, spacious, newly refurbished, well equipped Lodge, bursting with character combining beautiful antique furniture featuring a stunning 19th Century 5 foot French Chateau Ballroom Chandelier and new fully fitted open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Surrounded by green fields, beautiful animals and excellent food! Add ons available on request - Ploughman's Grazing Box, Breakfast Boxes. Alpaca trekking also available.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

With unspoilt views over countryside, our former Chapel on the Lincolnshire Wolds doorstep offers the perfect place to enjoy a memorable relaxing stay. Visit all that this County has to offer, including miles of lovely beaches, followed by snug winter evenings in front of a Log Burner, or warm summer evenings relaxing on the Patio, perhaps observing the wildlife. There is a myriad of tracks and paths around for walkers and cyclists alike. We offer comfort with a homely feel.

This luxury apartment has been superbly appointed to provide lovely accommodation for all the family. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Large lawned garden with courtyard (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking. No smoking. We offer 3, 4 and 7 night breaks, arrival and departure days on Fridays and Mondays. Please note: No washing machine available.

The Carriage House is a unique property close to the market square with good bus links to neighbouring towns. Boston is 17 miles away, Skegness 11 and Lincoln 25. The area is known for its close links to aviation history with museum and RAF Coningsby 15 minutes away. Bolingbroke Castle is 10 minutes by car and Gunby Hall just one of many places to visit.
