Newly renovated loft in a building that is on the National Register of Historic Places. Centrally located in the Gunnison Valley, the loft is in downtown Gunnison and is walking distance from shops, restaurants, grocery stores and WCU. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking, ATV trails, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding and golfing. Crested Butte is 30 minutes away and the wildflower capital of Colorado. In the winter, Crested Butte Ski resort and Monarch Mountain are 45 minutes away.

You & your family/friends will enjoy every minute—with plenty of space for everyone! 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lots of extra beds, a fully stocked kitchen, & a HUGE deck! *Please note: there is NO WIFI. Experience staying in an original late 1800's one room log cabin restored and upgraded with all the modern comforts and amenities in a safe, quiet neighborhood. You'll find a Queen bed with ample storage underneath, a full size futon couch and a kitchen that will meet your needs for you're visit. Within a block radius there's 4 restaurants, hockey rink, city parks and bus stop (free bus to Crested Butte), 3 Blocks to down town Gunnison and 6 blocks to Western State Colorado University.

Off street parking, walking distance to Main Street shops, Western Campus, restaurants, and grocery. Open layout with lots of sunshine and views of the Gunnison Valley. Central location perfectly suited for a basecamp to adventure in the Gunnison Valley. Among guest favorites is the full sized washer and dryer to freshen up from the day’s excursion. Those wishing to bring a pet, please contact host rather than instant book. Pets must accompany guests whenever leaving loft.

Cottonwood Cottage

Cottonwood Cottage, one of the original Gunnison Ranch homes. Conveniently located three miles north of town and just off the walking trail:) Gunnison offers everything an outdoor person loves, hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, you name it, it’s here and within minutes of enjoying. There are two bedrooms and one bath. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second has a full bunk bed, and the living room offers a pull-out couch. No Pets allowed. No Smoking of any kind.

welcome to a working cattle ranch! the 600 square foot cabin has a woodburning stove, a large fenced yard, and privacy. you will be the only other house on our 185 acre ranch. located 10 miles east of Gunnison, there is plenty of room for parking so if you have your snowmobiles or off road atvs with you, you will have no problem turning around! you will have views of hay meadows, an arena, and horse pastures. we are pet friendly!
